Understanding children with Sensory Processing Disorder is no easy task, especially for a parent who either do not have SPD themselves or who do not recall what it was like to be a child trying to cope with it. All in all, getting ‘into the head’ of an SPD child is a tough thing for many of us to try to do, but it is possible.
